The C-COR Technical Support group provides Helpdesk, technical and field support for all C-COR equipment customers. To contact support via telephone please use the numbers below. If you would like to request to be added to our Technical Bulletin distribution list please send an email to techsupport with your requested email address and specify that you are asking to be added to the Technical Bulletin distribution list.

Our field/systems engineers are also available for onsite customer assistance when needed. Equipped with some of the latest technological tools, years of hands-on experience, and a thorough knowledge of C-COR equipment, our engineers provide rapid solutions to your system problems, and can aid you in troubleshooting and fault resolution.
